Welcome to The Flexi Experts (“Platform”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing the Platform or booking a service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

The Flexi Experts operates as an intermediary marketplace connecting domestic and commercial customers (“Users”) with verified third-party service professionals (“Service Providers”) offering home cleaning, deep cleaning, handyman services, and air conditioning maintenance.

1. Eligibility & User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or book services.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

In compliance with applicable Kerala local governance requirements, we ensure that service providers engaged in domestic work are registered under relevant state welfare regulations.

2. Nature of Services

2.1 Intermediary Role

The Platform acts solely as a facilitator connecting Users with independent Service Providers. We do not directly employ service professionals unless explicitly stated.

2.2 Scope of Work

Services are strictly limited to the tasks specified at the time of booking (e.g., “Aircon Cleaning”, “Deep Cleaning”). Any additional tasks requested at the service location may attract extra charges.

2.3 Working Conditions & Safety

Users must provide a safe and dignified working environment.

Service Providers may refuse to perform services in hazardous, unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conditions, consistent with protections available under applicable labor laws in Kerala.

2.4 Equipment & Materials

Unless otherwise specified, standard tools and cleaning materials are provided by the Service Provider.

Specialized machinery, chemicals, or equipment must be requested at the time of booking and may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be made through authorized digital payment gateways or cash-on-service (where applicable).

The Platform may charge a Convenience Fee for maintaining digital infrastructure and operational costs.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellation

Users may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

4.2 Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours)

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service value to compensate the Service Provider for lost time and travel expenses.

4.3 Provider-Side Cancellation

If The Flexi Experts or the assigned Service Provider cancels the booking:

A 100% refund will be processed.

Refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days.

4.4 Refund Processing

Refunds shall be credited to the original payment method in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines.

5. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer.

Acknowledgement: Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

Resolution Timeline: We aim to resolve grievances within 30 days of receipt.

Users must provide complete details of the complaint, including booking ID and supporting evidence where applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Flexi Experts conducts reasonable background verification of Service Providers; however, we function as an intermediary marketplace.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Any claim regarding deficiency in service (as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019) must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India and applicable regulations of the State of Kerala.

Any disputes, legal proceedings, or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kasaragod, Kerala.

8. Prohibited Use

Users shall not:

Post defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or misleading content.

Bypass the Platform to directly engage Service Providers privately (Disintermediation).

Harass, threaten, or mistreat Service Providers.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the Platform.
